## License

Wan360.safetensors is a modified checkpoint based on Wan2.2-TI2V-5B, adapted for panoramic video generation with camera control. The Wan360 weights are released under [Apache-2.0](LICENSE).

The bundled Wan2.2 VAE, UMT5 text encoder and tokenizer retain their upstream licenses and notices. See [THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md](THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md).
