OpenPerov Flash model adapter release candidate

OpenPerov derives from Qwen/Qwen3.6-27B, published by the Qwen team under
the Apache License, Version 2.0. Preserve the base model's upstream notices
when distributing a merged checkpoint. The base weights are not included
in this adapter-only candidate.

This package contains sequential Broad-DAPT, Stage3-noPF6 and Stage5-noPF6
LoRA deltas. It does not contain literature PDFs, training examples or
private retrieval data. OpenPerov adapter weights are designated Apache-2.0
for the planned public release. Publication has not occurred.
