# OpenVoiceRemix Checkpoints

This repository mirrors the OpenVoice model checkpoints used by
[OpenVoiceRemix](https://github.com/CoastalDigitalResearch/OpenVoiceRemix),
Coastal Digital Research's fork of MyShell's OpenVoice project.

## Contents

- `checkpoints/` holds the OpenVoice V1 base speaker and tone-color-converter
  checkpoints.
- `checkpoints_v2/` holds the OpenVoice V2 base speaker and
  tone-color-converter checkpoints.

## Source

These files are unmodified copies of the checkpoints MyShell published at
[myshell-ai/OpenVoice](https://huggingface.co/myshell-ai/OpenVoice) (V1) and
[myshell-ai/OpenVoiceV2](https://huggingface.co/myshell-ai/OpenVoiceV2) (V2).
Coastal Digital Research mirrors them here because the original
`myshell-public-repo-host.s3.amazonaws.com` download links referenced by the
upstream project no longer resolve.
