Version 2.0. That model builds on microsoft/deberta-v3-base
(https://huggingface.co/microsoft/deberta-v3-base), licensed under the MIT
License. Neither upstream author endorses this derivative.

Changes from the upstream model are described in MODIFICATIONS.md: a
supervised fine-tune on five memory facets, an ONNX export, and INT8
quantization of the token-embedding table. The upstream weights are not
distributed unmodified here.
