# FlatQuant per-token activation traces (2026-09-19)

Intermediate layer-wise calibration traces from two per-token FlatQuant runs made while
comparing activation granularity for Table 5 (W4A4). The comparison concluded that
group-32 is the right granularity; these traces are kept for reproducibility only.

- `flatquant_gsm8k_pertoken/traces/layer_XX/` — Ouro-1.4B, 24 layers
- `flatquant_huginn_pile_pertoken/traces/` — Huginn-0125 on Pile

Moved off the HE pod on 2026-09-25 to free disk for the Huginn LoopQ calibration.
