# MSFormulator 模型权重

本仓库托管 [msformulator](https://pypi.org/project/msformulator/)（基于扩散模型的 MS2 分子式预测方法 **MSFormulator**）的模型权重文件：

## 使用方式

```bash
pip install msformulator
export MS2_WEIGHTS_URL="https://huggingface.co/junjiangliu/msformulator/resolve/main"

```

权重会在首次运行时自动下载到 `~/.cache/msformulator/weights`。
也可设置环境变量 `MS2_WEIGHTS_DIR` 指向本地已下载的权重目录，跳过下载。
