Sev is derived from Kev, Copyright 2026 Jared Palmer, under Apache-2.0.
Sev research additions are Copyright 2026 the Sev contributors.
The Qwen3.5 base model is provided by the Qwen team under Apache-2.0.
The v0.2.0 SwarmTraces adapter continues the Sev native security curriculum,
whose parent is the pinned jaredpalmer/kev-4b checkpoint. The older v0.1.0
synthetic actor-origin adapter remains a separate historical release.

The Apache-2.0 source/model license does not relicense third-party datasets.
Training sources include SwarmTraces, OTRF Security-Datasets, ExCyTIn,
Microsoft GUIDE, public classification replay, and authored Kev rules.
Each source retains its own notices and terms. No upstream SwarmTraces
dataset license declaration was located. A model/source license is not a
grant to redistribute third-party training artifacts.
Original behavioral simulator records, used in the historical v0.1.0 branch,
use CC BY 4.0 as described in research/collector/DATA_LICENSE.
