Jolt model weights

Jolt adapter and decision-head weights were trained in the Jolt project using
Qwen3.5 base models. The base model is fetched from Qwen at the immutable
revision recorded in dohnuts.json; base weights are not included in this repo.

The bundled inference source is adapted from Dohnuts by PsiACE and contributors,
licensed under Apache-2.0; see LICENSE-CODE and NOTICE-CODE. The training
methodology also builds on the cited Laya and Laya Vision projects. Training data
are not included. Dataset sources and their terms remain independent.
