# AvatarForcing checkpoints (mirror)

Hub mirror of the two checkpoints for **Avatar Forcing: Real-Time Interactive Head
Avatar Generation for Natural Conversation** (arXiv:2601.00664, Ki et al.),
originally distributed via Google Drive in the authors'
[repo](https://taekyungki.github.io/AvatarForcing) `download_weights.sh`:

- `motion_autoencoder.pth` (181 MB) — motion latent autoencoder
- `flow_transformer.pth` (614 MB) — causal diffusion-forcing transformer

Mirrored because Drive rate-limits large files. Not to be confused with
`lycui/AvatarForcing` (a different model, arXiv:2603.14331). License follows the
original authors' terms.
