abstract: >-
Networks of McCulloch-Pitts threshold units with weights in {-1, 0, 1} and
integer thresholds, including a SUBLEQ host with memory-mapped tape and
output devices, a universal constructor and an exactly self-reproducing
instance, and an interpreter for ternary threshold netlists held in its own
  state.
