Your use of these weights is governed by that agreement (LICENSE.md in this repository),
including the use restrictions in its Attachment A, and the requirement that entities with at

This repository is an unmodified mirror of the upstream model, republished so it can be downloaded
without a Hub gate. The weights are byte for byte those of the source repository
(https://huggingface.co/Lightricks/LTX-2.5). Not an official Lightricks product and not endorsed
