- 80.0% complete-flow exact match;
- 96.25% stage-gate accuracy;
- 97.5% active-service accuracy;
- 96.25% global-decision accuracy;
- zero post-policy violations;
- manifest SHA-256 verification.

Run `python examples/verify_manifest.py .` after downloading the repository.
