# ProjectIntakeTower Operator Checklist

Status: prepared for read-only audit night
Target root: `/home/smlflg/Projekte/ProjectIntakeTower`
Primary rule: generate audit facts, not architecture verdicts.

## 1. Preflight

- [ ] Confirm `briefings/` contains all four READY prompts.
- [ ] Confirm `audits/` contains exactly these repo folders:
  - `kommandozentrale/`
  - `zentrale/`
  - `megaharness/`
- [ ] Do not use or modify `/home/smlflg/Projekte/project-intake-tower/artifacts/`.
- [ ] Treat all dirty repo state as pre-existing unless an audit proves otherwise.
- [ ] Do not create branches, commits, pushes, PRs, labels, or GitHub issues.

## 2. Start Order

- [ ] Start Session 1 with `briefings/01_audit_kommandozentrale.md`.
- [ ] Start Session 2 with `briefings/02_audit_zentrale.md`.
- [ ] Start Session 3 with `briefings/03_audit_megaharness.md`.
- [ ] Wait until the three repo audits are done or clearly partial.
- [ ] Start Session 4 with `briefings/04_aggregator.md`.

## 3. Required Audit Outputs

Each repo folder must contain exactly these four human-readable Markdown files:

- [ ] `AGENT_FINDINGS.md`
- [ ] `ARCHITECTURE_MAP.md`
- [ ] `RISK_REGISTER.md`
- [ ] `NEXT_ISSUES.md`

The aggregator must write:

- [ ] `audits/TOWER_HEALTH_OVERVIEW.md`

## 4. Stop Conditions

Stop the active session and write `NEEDS_HUMAN` when any of these happen:

- [ ] The session needs to edit source code to continue.
- [ ] The session wants to pick an architecture anchor.
- [ ] The session wants to archive, fuse, or deprecate a repo.
- [ ] The session finds secrets or credentials.
- [ ] The session needs missing context outside the allowed scope.
- [ ] The session starts planning PRs, branches, labels, or implementation work.

## 5. Morning Verification

- [ ] `audits/kommandozentrale/` has the four required files.
- [ ] `audits/zentrale/` has the four required files.
- [ ] `audits/megaharness/` has the four required files.
- [ ] `audits/TOWER_HEALTH_OVERVIEW.md` exists.
- [ ] The overview has no anchor verdict and no archive/fusion decision.
- [ ] `git status --short` in `KomandoZentral` is unchanged from preflight.
- [ ] `git status --short` in `Zentrale` has no new changes caused by this audit.
- [ ] `git status --short` in `megaHarness` has no new changes caused by this audit.

## 6. Success Definition

The night is successful if Samuel can read the overview first, then scan each repo audit in under 5 minutes, and Luis receives factual inputs without losing ownership of the consolidation decision.
