# ProjectIntakeTower Night Run Checklist

Date: 2026-05-04
Goal: convert expiring Codex quota into useful, local, read-only audit artifacts without creating code drift, branches, PRs, or conflicts with Luis' consolidation assignment.

## Hard Rules

- Do not edit existing repo worktrees under `/home/smlflg/Projekte/KomandoZentral`, `/home/smlflg/Projekte/Zentrale`, or `/home/smlflg/Projekte/megaHarness`.
- Prefer fresh source clones under `/tmp/project-intake-tower-src-2026-05-04/` when starting manual sessions.
- If an existing local worktree is inspected, record its `git status --short` and treat dirty state as pre-existing context.
- Write durable outputs only under `/home/smlflg/Projekte/ProjectIntakeTower/`.
- Do not create branches, commits, pushes, issues, labels, or pull requests.
- Do not make an anchor-repo recommendation, archive/keep verdict, or target architecture decision. That stays with Luis.
- If an agent hits uncertainty that would require an architecture or product decision, mark `NEEDS_HUMAN` and continue documenting facts.
