# ProjectIntakeTower Local read-only audit tower for the 2026-05-04 Codex quota night run. ## Purpose This folder contains briefings and durable Markdown artifacts for three isolated repo audits plus one cross-repo synthesis. The goal is useful morning review material for Samuel and Luis without code drift, GitHub noise, or premature consolidation decisions. ## Directory Layout ```text ProjectIntakeTower/ ├── README.md ├── 00_OPERATOR_CHECKLIST.md ├── NIGHT_RUN_CHECKLIST.md ├── briefings/ │ ├── 01_audit_kommandozentrale.md │ ├── 02_audit_zentrale.md │ ├── 03_audit_megaharness.md │ └── 04_aggregator.md └── audits/ ├── kommandozentrale/ ├── zentrale/ ├── megaharness/ └── TOWER_HEALTH_OVERVIEW.md ``` ## Source Handling Briefings are written for disposable source clones under: ```text /tmp/project-intake-tower-src-2026-05-04/ ``` The final audit artifacts are the source of truth for what was actually inspected. If an audit used an existing local worktree, it records that explicitly and treats dirty state as pre-existing context. Durable output belongs only under this `ProjectIntakeTower/` directory. ## Rules - Existing local worktrees stay untouched. - No branches, commits, pushes, PRs, labels, or GitHub issues. - Audit agents write only Markdown artifacts. - Luis owns the consolidation verdict. - Use `NEEDS_HUMAN` when a question requires a product or architecture decision. ## Quick Verification ```bash find /home/smlflg/Projekte/ProjectIntakeTower/audits -maxdepth 2 -type f | sort ``` Expected per repo: - `AGENT_FINDINGS.md` - `ARCHITECTURE_MAP.md` - `RISK_REGISTER.md` - `NEXT_ISSUES.md` Expected cross-repo output: - `audits/TOWER_HEALTH_OVERVIEW.md`
