# Infoton

Infoton is a physics research and software company developing the Januarian Physics framework: a zero-parameter approach to biological prediction grounded in Landauer's principle and mass-energy equivalence.

**An_Infoton_Dose_of_RxRx** — Infoton thermal coordinates
for 735 human proteins benchmarked against public cellular
imaging data. A bridge between thermodynamic first principles
and large-scale biological imaging.

**Infoton_Virtual_Cell_Long_Covid_SARS-CoV-2** — Virtual Cell
analysis of Long COVID. Causal chain from NSP8-TFAM binding
to circadian disruption, validated across five independent
held-out datasets. 77/77.

**Infoton_Virtual_Mitochondria_Picard_Validation** —
Mitochondrial predictions validated against Picard et al.
(2015) PNAS 112:E6854. 21/21 directional predictions correct.
Zero free parameters.
