The public writing of ML Systems, a Rhode Island construction company with an ontology software layer between Homeowner and General Contractor. Four pieces, in the order they were written to be read:

1. **Pace the Frontier, Pace the House** — the founding story; deconstruction in lieu of demolition; MVE as the balance in MVP.
2. **An Ontology on Three Blue Notepads** — the ontology before the computer.
3. **I Gave My Agents a Heartbeat** — fingerprint at load, pulse before every pass; the Lucent Lens hashed, signed and published.
4. **The Language Modeler** — the role ML Systems uses instead of vibe coding.
