4. Click **"Run BC5CDR Inference"**.
5. **Key Talking Points**:
   - Notice the exact token highlight: `metformin` and `lisinopril` tagged in **emerald** as `CHEMICAL`, `type 2 diabetes mellitus` and `hypertension` tagged in **rose** as `DISEASE`.
