Docker Space. **Not a mill.** Not a grade. Does not write [GET https://councilof.ai/api/gspc](https://councilof.ai/api/gspc).

Hub is a printer of that living GET. Cite `totals.public_count` there. Do not freeze n here. Empty cells stay empty. Never certify.

- `sdk: docker` stays docker. This leftover does not turn the Space into a mill.
- ZeroGPU is not used. Do not mill ZeroGPU.
