# System Status: Queue Tracking & Dependency Optimization Complete

Both the **Resume Parser** and **Resume Generator** backends are now fully secured, optimized, and deployed live with real-time queue position tracking.

## What Was Completed

### 1. Real-Time Server Queue Tracking & UI
- **Accurate Backlog Calculation**: Built dynamic queue position calculation on the server (`queue.size + 1` backlog tracking in [`index.js`](file:///e:/HireChart/working/backend/generator/index.js)).
- **Modal UI Live Badge**: Updated [`ExportModal.tsx`](file:///e:/HireChart/working/frontend/src/components/preview/ExportModal.tsx) to display:
  - `[ 🟡 In Server Queue (Position #X) ]` when waiting in queue.
  - `[ 🔵 Active Queue Slot #1 (Processing PDF...) ]` when actively rendering.
  - Real-time progress bar.
- **Stress-Tested with 100 Jobs**: Confirmed live queue positions (`#5`, `#14`, `#24`, `#29`, `#34`, `#52`) advancing in sequence under real concurrent traffic.

### 2. Generator Dependency Cleanup
- Removed unused packages (`react`, `react-dom`, `chromium-bidi`) from [`package.json`](file:///e:/HireChart/working/backend/generator/package.json).
- Reduced Docker build size and memory footprint on Hugging Face Spaces.
