# What’s Behind the Image?

A hypothesis-led spatial reveal experiment from Simam AI Lab. Upload an image,
write what you think is behind it, and inspect depth, lighting and uncertainty
before viewing a shareable reveal card.

This is not an oracle: unseen content is labelled as a hypothesis, not ground
truth. The app inherits the evidence-first export path from Simam RealityGap 3D
and includes an explicit no-model smoke mode for deployment testing.

## Run locally

```bash
pip install -r requirements.txt
python app.py
```

Use `examples/sample_scene.png` to test the complete pipeline without uploading
personal media.
