# Paper -> Code Grounding (Qwen3-VL, free ZeroGPU)

Give it a paper (arXiv link). It only proceeds if the paper is real and
links a GitHub repo, then grounds the paper's claimed contributions in the
repo's actual code using **Qwen3-VL-32B-Instruct (FP8)** running on
Hugging Face's free ZeroGPU -- no API key, no cost.

Every citation is checked against the real file on disk by
`scripts/verify_case.py` before being shown as verified.

**Quota note**: ZeroGPU gives each visitor's own HF account a small daily
GPU budget (2 minutes unauthenticated, 5 minutes on a free account). A
real run here takes roughly a minute or two, so expect a handful of tries
per day per person, not unlimited use.
