## How to use

1. Open **Live demo** and ask about products, pricing, delivery.
2. Try booking a call (demo slots if Cal.com is not set).
3. Check **Dashboard** for conversations and KPIs.

## Space secrets

In **Settings → Variables and secrets**, set:

| `OPENAI_MODEL` | `gpt-4o-mini` |

Optional: `CALCOM_*`, `WHATSAPP_*`, `HANDOFF_WEBHOOK_URL`.

Without OpenAI the UI still works (demo grounded answers).
With OpenAI, chat replies use the LLM; retrieval stays local
so the Space starts fast on Hugging Face.
