Terms
SovAPI Arena terms of use
1. Acceptance
By accessing SovAPI Arena, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Arena or the SovAPI demonstration endpoints.
2. Service description
The Arena is a public demonstration of SovAPI modeless routing. It sends one prompt to SovAPI and, when available, to a selected challenger through a server-side relay, then displays live metrics returned by the APIs.
3. API access
Production API usage requires a SovAPI key issued through the SovInfra portal at
app.sovinfra.ai.
The public model alias is sovapi and the OpenAI-compatible base URL is
https://api.sovinfra.ai/v1.
4. Trial grant
The free tier includes a grant of 100 M tokens and a limit of 100 requests per minute. It requires no payment card, includes community support and applies no data retention. Availability and limits may be changed or withdrawn to protect the service from abuse.
5. Pricing
Paid SovAPI access is billed exclusively from usage, at 0.018 USD per million input tokens and 0.16 USD per million output tokens, unless a signed agreement states otherwise. It has no token ceiling, is limited to 600 requests per minute, includes email support within 24 hours and applies no data retention. Challenger costs are read from the provider response when available.
6. Public-demo quota
Public challenge sessions are limited to 30,000 challenger tokens per duel, reset at each new duel, together with a per-IP daily limit on the number of duels. These limits protect the service from abuse.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Arena to submit illegal, harmful, confidential, sensitive, regulated or third-party personal data. You must not attempt to bypass quotas, extract secrets, disrupt the service or resell access without written permission.
8. Secrets and provider keys
SovAPI keys, gateway credentials and provider secrets are held server-side. They must not be exposed in browser code, public repositories or shared screenshots.
9. Benchmark information
Arena metrics are measured on live requests and may vary with prompt length, provider availability, network conditions, GPU placement and selected challenger model. Shared result cards must be read as demonstrations, not guaranteed performance commitments.
10. Generated content
Outputs are generated by AI systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for production use without review. You remain responsible for validating any output before using it.
11. Intellectual property
The SovAPI Arena interface, copy, software and brand assets remain the property of FPLC SAS / SovInfra. Third-party model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
12. Availability
The Arena is provided as a demonstration service. It may be modified, suspended or unavailable during maintenance, infrastructure changes, provider incidents or abuse mitigation.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FPLC SAS / SovInfra is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of data, provider outages or decisions made from unverified AI outputs.
14. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by French law and applicable European Union law. For legal questions, contact legal@sovinfra.eu.
