# DRAMA AI expression editor for video

DRAMA edits visible facial expressions in existing videos. Add a smile, create a sadder or angrier expression, and adjust excitement with intensity controls.

Upload a clip with one clearly visible, front-facing person, choose an expression and generate an edited MP4. Review the result against the original before use.

## How to use the demo

1. Sign in with Hugging Face.
2. Upload an MP4 video up to 15 seconds. For a longer video, select a segment with the trim tool.
3. Choose an expression: Subtle smile, Big smile, Sadness, Excitement, Anger, or Custom controls to set the intensity yourself.
4. Select **Generate edited video**, then download the edited MP4.

## Free allowance in this demo

- 5 generations per signed-in Hugging Face account per day, reset at 00:00 UTC.
- Videos up to 15 seconds.
- Failed generations don't count toward the allowance.
- The demo also has an overall daily capacity; if it's reached, try again after 00:00 UTC.
- Demo outputs are watermarked.

## Data

Your video is sent to the DRAMA service to generate the edited clip. When you sign in, the demo records your Hugging Face profile (username, name, email, profile link and picture), your visits, and the settings and outcome of each generation. The optional "Email me DRAMA product updates and offers" box is unticked by default and separate from access. See the [Privacy Policy](https://trydrama.io/privacypolicy/) for how uploads and account data are handled and kept.

## Use footage responsibly

Only upload footage you have the right to edit, with permission from the people shown. Avoid presenting an edited expression as an unaltered recording.
