T8star modified the FLUX-derived checkpoint: native ComfyUI layout, QKV fusion, final modulation ordering, INT8 ConvRot quantization and standalone serialization. Qwen3 has embedded tokenizer/metadata; DCAE has standalone metadata. No new training or adapter is included.
