VoxCPM2 checkpoint, derived weights and upstream code are licensed Apache-2.0
(LICENSE). The conversion uses FP16 Core AI assets for the main MiniCPM model,
per-channel INT8 weights for the residual model, local encoder and local
diffusion transformer, FP16 activations throughout, and fused CFG-Zero* Euler
steps. The model has not been retrained. Tokenization, small projections,
scalar quantization and the AudioVAE V2 decoder run on CPU; the bundled
checkpoint folder carries these CPU weights and the tokenizer.
