Add library name and pipeline tag, remove arxiv id from metadata

This PR updates the model card metadata by:
- adding `library_name: transformers` to enable the automated loading snippet,
- adding `pipeline_tag: text-generation` to improve discoverability,
- removing the `arxiv:2603.16448` tag from YAML metadata, since arXiv IDs should only be referenced in the markdown content.

The markdown content is unchanged.
