This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the `pipeline_tag: feature-extraction` metadata to help users find the model.
- Linking the model to the research paper: [FORGE: Forming Semantic Identifiers for Generative Retrieval in Industrial Datasets](https://huggingface.co/papers/2509.20904).
- Adding a link to the official GitHub repository for easier access to the implementation code.
- Clarifying that "SID" stands for "Semantic Identifier".
