Standardize HF model card metadata and replace classifiers with recalibrated axmodels
- config.json: add pipeline_tag/license/language/tags/library_name (HF model card standard)
- README.md: add YAML frontmatter + known issues (CPU mel, rhasspy/weather recalibration)
- models/650 & models/630C: replace 6 classifier axmodels with recalibrated versions
(high-response calibration incl. TTS wake-word positives; peak-window scores:
hey_rhasspy 0.005->0.97, weather 0.79->1.00, others stay 1.0)
