TELECOM FOUR-OUTPUT DATASET

Files:
- train_four_output.jsonl
- validation_four_output.jsonl
- test_four_output.jsonl

IMPORTANT:
The original cleaned data provides fault_severity labels and telecom
event/log features, but it does not provide independently verified root-cause
or remediation ground truth. Therefore, the Root Cause, Explanation, and
Recommendation fields in these files are STRUCTURED, DATA-CONSTRAINED
SYNTHETIC TARGETS derived from the supplied features and the existing label.
They must not be presented as ground-truth engineering diagnoses.

The targets intentionally avoid inventing RSRP/RSRQ/SINR/CQI/PRB/PCI,
throughput, alarms, hardware failures, or other absent telemetry.

For a production root-cause model, replace these synthetic targets with
engineer-validated annotations.
