This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding `pipeline_tag: image-segmentation` to the metadata so the model is correctly categorized and discoverable at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=image-segmentation
- Adding a direct link to the Hugging Face paper page for [Merlin Plus: A Large-Scale, Multi-cancer, Image-Mask-Report Dataset](https://huggingface.co/papers/2609.36436)
No `library_name` is added since the model relies on nnU-Net, and no sample usage snippet was invented.
