chore: repack the upstream mirrors without the download cache
Verified signatureBoth tars carried a .cache/huggingface/ tree left over from the snapshot_download they were built from: 527 bookkeeping files in breakhis, 4,498 in bracs, roughly half the entries in each. Upstream has no such directory, so removing it makes the mirror more faithful rather than less. The graph sets are untouched and verified identical: 522 and 4,493 .pt, same auxiliary files, same ./ entry prefix, same extracted layout.4ad0330
