for posting (like articles) I use headless playwright (w/ system chromium) then login to the account, and grab the session cookie.
POST /posts as a form submit: data={"csrf": csrf, "content": body}
example post:

Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded

csrf=a1b2c3d4e5f6...&content=Hello+world%21+%F0%9F%91%8B

which just says "Hello world! 👋"
