Publish Flash Crash Watchdog — source, configs, docs, ml package, trained models, demo data
Clean rewrite of the prior auto-upload history. Publishes the operating tree:
web app source, configs/, scripts/, docs/, ml/ (incl. tests), models/ (all
trained checkpoints + onnx + manifest), data/replay + data/more demo/reference
data, proxy/, dashboard/, results/, .github/, README/License.
Excluded: node_modules, build output, venv/db, all .env files (secrets),
vault/, runtime alert logs, and the heavy regenerable training blobs
(data/parquet, windows, features_cache, eth, raw trade zips).
Binary model/plot files are Git LFS-tracked (HF requires binary storage).
