+These Additional Terms modify and add to the Apache License above as it applies
+to the Model. Where they conflict with the Apache License, they prevail.
+
+A1. Definitions
+
+  "Copyright Holder" means 邓颐村 (Deng Yicun), who owns the Model.
+
+  "Licensor" means GizzAI Technology Limited Co. (广州叽喳科技有限公司), which
+  operates the Model and grants the licenses in this document under an
+  exclusive authorization from the Copyright Holder that includes the right to
+  sublicense.
+
+  "You" has the meaning given in the Apache License, and for the purposes of
+  Annual Revenue includes Your Affiliates.
+
+  "Affiliate" means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under
+  common control with You, where "control" means direct or indirect ownership
+  of more than 50% of the voting interests or the power to direct management.
+
+  "Annual Revenue" means the total gross revenue of You and all Your
+  Affiliates, combined, during any consecutive twelve-month period, from all
+  sources, whether or not related to the Model.
+
+  "Revenue Threshold" means US$100,000 (one hundred thousand United States
+  dollars), or its equivalent in another currency at the prevailing exchange
+  rate.
+
+  "Derivative" means any Derivative Work of the Model within the meaning of the
+  Apache License, any model trained, fine-tuned or distilled in whole or in
+  part from the Model's weights or outputs, and any merge or combination of the
+  Model's weights with other weights.
+
+A2. Revenue threshold
+
+  The licenses granted in Sections 2 and 3 of the Apache License are granted to
+  You only while Your Annual Revenue does not exceed the Revenue Threshold; the
+  words "perpetual" and "irrevocable" in those Sections apply subject to this
+  condition and to A9.
+
+  Individuals using the Model for personal, research, educational or
+  evaluation purposes, and accredited academic and non-profit research
+  institutions, may use the Model regardless of Annual Revenue, provided they
+  do not offer it to third parties as a commercial product or service.

+  If Your Annual Revenue exceeds the Revenue Threshold, You must obtain a
+  separate commercial license from the Licensor before any use of the Model or
+  its Derivatives, including internal use. If Your Annual Revenue first exceeds
+  the Revenue Threshold while You are using the Model under this license, You
+  have ninety (90) days from the end of the twelve-month period in which it was
+  exceeded to obtain a commercial license or cease use.

+  Commercial licensing, academic collaboration, and the Licensor's optimised
+  inference, training and reinforcement-learning frameworks (which are not

+A3. Redistribution and attribution
+
+  In addition to Section 4 of the Apache License, any distribution of the Model
+  or a Derivative must include this entire license, including these Additional
+  Terms, and the NOTICE file.

+  Any product or service built with the Model or a Derivative that is offered
+  to third parties must display "Built with Gizzai Sense" in its documentation
+  or about screen.

+A4. Derivatives
+
+  Notwithstanding the last paragraph of Section 4 of the Apache License,
+  Derivatives must be distributed under this same license, including these
+  Additional Terms, and their names must not use "Gizzai" or "叽喳" except in
+  the phrase "based on Gizzai Sense".
+
+A5. Gemma 4
+
+  The Model is a modified version of Google Gemma 4, which is licensed under the
+  Apache License, Version 2.0 (see LICENSE-APACHE-2.0 and NOTICE). The portions
+  of the Model that constitute Gemma 4 remain subject to that license alone.
+  Nothing in these Additional Terms restricts Your rights to Gemma 4 itself,
+  which You may obtain from Google directly.
+
+  Modification notice (Section 4(b) of the Apache License): the weight files in
+  this distribution were changed by the Licensor. Starting from Google's Gemma 4
+  instruction-tuned weights, the Licensor trained a low-rank adaptation of the
+  language model's attention and feed-forward projection matrices and merged it
+  into those matrices. All other tensors -- including the vision and audio
+  encoders, embeddings and normalisation weights -- are unchanged, bit for bit.
+  Tokenizer, processor and chat-template files are Google's, unmodified.
+
+  Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. Google's Gemma Prohibited Use Policy
+  (https://ai.google.dev/gemma/prohibited_use_policy) states that no one "may
+  ... use nor allow others to use Gemma or Model Derivatives" for the uses it
+  lists. The Model is a Model Derivative of Gemma 4. You must comply with that
+  policy, as updated by Google from time to time, in all use of the Model and
+  its Derivatives, and You must pass this obligation on to anyone to whom You
+  distribute them. It is incorporated into this license by reference.

+A6. Use restrictions
+
+  You may not use the Model or any Derivative:
+    (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
+    (b) to make fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly

+A8. Trademarks and probabilities
+
+  Section 6 of the Apache License applies to the names, logos and trademarks of
+  the Licensor, including "Gizzai", "GizzAI", "叽喳" and "Gizzai Sense", except
+  as required for the attribution in A3.

+  In addition to Section 7 of the Apache License: probabilities and confidence
+  values produced by the Model are estimates, calibrated on specific data, and
+  are not guarantees of correctness on Yours.

+A9. Termination
+
+  The licenses granted under this license terminate automatically if You breach
+  these Additional Terms or the conditions of the Apache License. Upon
+  termination You must cease all use and distribution of the Model and its
+  Derivatives. Sections 7 and 8 of the Apache License and A10 survive
+  termination.

+A10. Governing law and disputes
+
+  This license is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China
+  (excluding, for this purpose, the laws of the Hong Kong and Macao Special
+  Administrative Regions and of Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-laws
