acer: fold OP architecture — Odysseus=human-front-upgrade-only + agent-back-16-level + pixels/world-model/HRM/frozen-brain lane

Odysseus is an upgrade to the HUMAN front only (model-selector/council/guides/RAG/
trace); the agent back already runs a more advanced surface (Super OS 43-tab +
AgentTerms). Layer split = the front/back safety law: human watches the front, agents
operate the same surfaces in the back at 16 levels.

Prediction lane: pixels-first (visual ground truth) + 2511.02748 world-model
(action-conditioned imagine) = agent prediction = recurrence+correction=mind, now
VISUAL; feeds HRM + 3D puzzle agents; culminates in a frozen deterministic Gemma-4B
slice in the cubes. HONEST tags: surfaces PROVEN, the loop PROPOSAL (not wired),
the frozen brain PARTIAL — SHHERMGEMMA4B is descriptor-level (benchmark pending,
0 model calls) and the M-matrix gemma slice socket is EMPTY; do not tag PROVEN until
a timed bitwise-deterministic run receipt exists. verify-before-asserting.

CLAIMSGATE clean, 0-json, 158/158. Nothing minted/launched.
