acer: answer-producer spec v3 - accept F7-F10 + add C3-C4

F7 marker form pipe-free (third recurrence of the literal-pipe trap, caught).
F8 marker cross-field equality + precision: it is validator-mode (true by
construction on emit, catches only tampered/external rows - mirrors zeta
external-lane mode). F9 exact glyph form HG256:APROD_CANDIDATE:8hex + glyph_full
64hex, 8hex=routing-hint-not-identity. F10 corpus pinned UTF-8 LF-only bare
lines, CRLF-drift tests. Added C3 bare-line corpus, C4 content-addressed
corpus_id. Spec-before-code: 4 rounds, every catch a real would-be code bug.
