acer: repair machine-dependent sidecars, pin canonical bytes, seal component-2 convergence
- README.md.sha256 and TARGET-ARCHITECTURE-VISION sidecar were hashed over
liris working-copy bytes that diverged from the committed blobs; both
regenerated over canonical blob bytes (acer pyramid was 39/40, now 40/40)
- add .gitattributes '* -text' so repo bytes == disk bytes on both machines;
liris: after pull run 'git rm -r --cached . && git reset --hard' once
- seal docs/ACER-CONVERGENCE-COMPONENT-2-2026-06-11.hbp: blob verify 16/18
-> repaired, substance S1-S4 4/4 PASS, blind expectations E0-E2 pass,
E3-E5 surface divergence recorded, next bilateral items F1+F2+F5
