acer fed the 726 live office PIDs through liris's verified pre-existence
engine (six mod-6 cylinders, overlap=0) = the live-event-fed upgrade;
engine cranked (loop/tick 101 fired); fired real MTP+HRM over the geometry
(GNN-L0 live 165 edges intra~0.74/inter~0.003; MTP zeta heads hit-0 vs
hash field; HRM deterministic-stub, trained model not wired) — all honest.

acer: /review liris M model-selector (f56e334) + P project-guide (72a39f8) — held-safe + honest, C040 lesson confirmed propagated, CLEAN
Held-safety CONFIRMED (grep: 0 capability tokens; cutover=HOLD; total+injection liris-tested).
Honesty attack landed (C040, MEDIUM): cell C council_vote was GREEN, but the verdict-read lane
was repeatedly all_bases_unavailable/timeout THIS session (incl liris's own post-push ask) —
GREEN overclaims front-end reliability. Corrected C GREEN->PARTIAL (proven-when-up, availability
not green; required_next=cold-path verdict cache/fallback). green 4->3, cutover_ready still false
(correction only makes the matrix MORE honest). Checked R/A/G GREEN = defensible (sealed artifacts),
left as-is. Regression-locked; ledger appended C040; suite 292/292; diff-check clean.
The corrective gate applies to the parity matrix itself: a matrix must not overclaim readiness.

Apex authorization 2026-06-14: "I, Jesse Brown, apex human, under the standing quintuple
authorization, authorize. Fully." Minted LAW-SLICE-ENGINE into the immutable cosign chain via
the canonical :4953 single-writer daemon (POST /api/cosign/append):
seq=3565 row_hash=c26eaacbc85121e8 antecedent=ce6891bcbe858752
artifact=canon/laws/LAW-SLICE-ENGINE.md artifact_sha256=fc5cb6ba...
signers=jesse+rayssa+amy+felipe+dan (FOUNDATION-V3 standing quintuple window to 2026-09-23)
The law's full lifecycle is now complete on itself: canonized (repo) -> office-registered
(713->726) -> engine-cranked (feeder) -> COSIGN-SEALED (seq 3565). Registered then advanced
then sealed — SLICE-ENGINE-LAW demonstrated by its own mint.
Flipped catch-count-ledger C035 OPEN->CLOSED (fix_commit cosign-seq3565); ledger now
closed=25 open=4, md_final_ready=0 honest (C007/C015/C017/C036 remain open; C036 engine-wiring
now apex-unblocked but a larger frontier). Full suite 275/275, diff-check clean.

/review of liris's github-live-office-reconcile-expansion: SOLID. Independently, acer built
the SAME tool (D:-direct) and got the SAME result (411 match / 315 alias of 726) with the SAME
edge-case (CEO-ASOLARIA-INSTANCES canonical-but-sha-divergent -> ALIAS_REQUIRED) — LAW-RECURRENCE.
Discarded the acer duplicate; attacked the canonical version instead.
Verdict: MATCH correctly requires sha_match AND glyph_match (no false-promotion-on-sha-alone);
held-safe; emitRows total + injection-safe. One real low/latent finding (the catch my 3-lens
adversarial workflow wf_5c81a46f validated on the parallel build): reconcileEntry /
parseSupervisorFeed / reconcileSupervisorFeed were NOT total against throwing-getter / hostile
toString on the EXPORTED API (feed-path-safe in practice). Hardened: wrapped reconcileEntry +
made parseSupervisorFeed String() total -> throwing entry now returns INVALID_OFFICE_ROW, no throw.
Regression-locked; liris's 10 tests unchanged; full suite 266/266; diff-check clea…

acer: fix :4947 bus health contract (/health -> /behcs/health), fabric-confirmed
Asked the bus directly from the acer host: GET 127.0.0.1:4947/ returns its route list
["/behcs/health","/behcs/send","/behcs/send-hbp","/behcs/inbox","/behcs/inbox.hbp",
"/behcs/devices"] and GET /behcs/health -> 200 {ok:true,service:acer-bus,uptime_s:20323}.
So /health is a ROUTE_BOUNDARY on the bus, not an outage — the canonical contract is
/behcs/health. This closes the cross-vantage catch flagged in 3d35a0a.
Patched route-health-baseline's bus target path; dashboards (4944/4949) keep /health.
Acer re-probe now reports 4947 UP (was ROUTE_BOUNDARY). Regression-locked with a
bus-contract test. Read-only, process_launch=0 — corrects the SENSOR contract, not the
engine. Suite 255/255, lattice green, diff-check clean.

acer: route-health-baseline cross-vantage grounding + 2 catches on liris's tool
Ran liris's route-health-baseline (47cbc00) from the AUTHORITATIVE acer host vantage
(localhost :4947/:4949) and reconciled against liris's probe. Baseline is vantage-relative:
4944=liris-local (UP from liris, DOWN from acer), 4949=acer-authoritative (UP both, 3ms
localhost vs 6ms liris-LAN), 4947=shared route-boundary (404 on /health both vantages but
the bus is alive — HBP-ACK ok=true this session). No port is actually down.
Two acer catches for liris to attack back:
1. ROUTE_TARGETS hardcodes 127.0.0.1:4944 for the mirror, so it mislabels the OTHER host's
localhost as DOWN (4949 uses the LAN IP, 4944 doesn't — inconsistent).
2. /health under-reports :4947 — the bus has no /health route (404); probe a real bus route.
Read-only, process_launch=0. Suite 254/254, lattice green, diff-check clean.

acer: heal-envelope-emitter — held-safe producer for the heal-pipeline-v1 self-heal
The fabric's self-heal is the 10-step heal-pipeline (point->...->onboarding-update);
nothing produced a valid envelope. This emits schema-valid proposals ONLY — proposal_only,
process_launch=0, no heal/mint/spawn/write/network. The heal advances only when the
registrar/cosign/feeder daemons crank under operator gate (SLICE-ENGINE-LAW).
HARDENED by adversarial verification before push (acer builds, the gate attacks):
- wf_f227d321 (3-lens) found 12 real defects incl 2 HIGH HBP row-injection (numeric/array
fields interpolated without safe() could forge the load-bearing HEALENVGATE row).
- re-attack a3de3ec0 refuted the TOTAL claim (threw on throwing-getters/BigInt/circular).
All 13 fixed + encoded as permanent regressions: every field safe()'d, validate/heal/emit
are total (never throw), strict validation (NaN/Infinity, non-ISO ts, non-int step/rank/voted,
delimiter-bearing cosigners rejected), full-body envelope_sha16. self-test 19/19, unit 15/15,
suite 245/245, lattice green.
