Pin channel 1.81.0 with clippy+rustfmt, rust-version = "1.81", and CI that
runs clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings plus a grep that hard-fails on any
f32/f64. Nothing was pinned before this: no rust-toolchain.toml existed
anywhere in the corpus and 32 different Rust versions were in circulation.
Receipt lines recording past runs above 1.81 are deliberately NOT rewritten
here -- editing a line that records a run would make the receipt false.

implA (PASS adversarial review: lossless/causal/raw-domain/parallel/real-A-views/
charged). enwik8 sweeps the expansion axis to see if the directional gain grows
with scale; enwik9 is the 1 GB gigabyte target, byte-exact SHA restore. Score =
archive + decoder. archive_ratio=NOT_CLAIMED; claims_final_apex=0.

Generic control ceiling on real enwik8 (base/mix/match/dir), each byte-exact
roundtrip + measured archive+decoder vs gzip -9. Plus a dir held-out learning
curve job (expand/dup/shuffle controls) on a real enwik8 slice. Labeled
GENERIC_CONTROL_CEILING — NOT the Omega-per-layer Asolaria stack, which stays
DESIGN_pending. Score = archive+decoder, never the gain ledger.

Standalone dep-free lossless codec (compress/decompress/verify). Byte-exact
roundtrip proven locally on text, random binary, and edge cases. Actions job
fetches enwik8 (100MB Hutter dev corpus), compresses+decompresses, proves
sha256(roundtrip)==sha256(enwik8), measures archive+decoder bytes vs gzip -9.
