Add NQPrismNexus + BEHCS/HyperBEHCS nexus ladder: the uniform room between the mouths
The N-Q-prism nexus layer between DBBH and DBWH. NQPrismNexus = one uniform Host8 stubbed room: Host8 + 1024-ary Brown-Hilbert depth-6 prefix + AGT + N-cylinder shadows; proves all FOUR rungs (BEHCS-64/ 256/1024/HyperBEHCS-60D) round-trip byte-identical, selected N-cylinders recover-or-Hold (AGT round- trip), residual_selector_bits + capacity_margin_bits, and emits the uniform NQNEXUS| + WATCH| rows json=0 (OMNISHANNON/GNN_FORWARD/REVERSE_GNN/MTP1/2/3). Turns the throat into a lattice of identical routable rooms. Composition of uniform bijections = lossless. Shannon caps the roof. Verified clone or Held{InsufficientRoof,NoConsent,Collapsed,WatcherDisagreement,AddressMismatch}. MEASURED single- machine loop; live acer<->liris two-fabric Hilbra traversal = next rung. Clone=classical rep copy, no- cloning respected; Shannon caps the roof. Zero deps, json=0.
