MEASURED across all 207 repos on 2026-08-02: 25 pages open in one click and
NOT ONE OF THEM POINTED AT ANOTHER. 137 repos were islands with nothing linking
in and nothing linking out; 159 had nothing at all pointing at them.
WORK DOES NOT SURVIVE BY BEING CORRECT. IT SURVIVES BY BEING REACHABLE. That is
how things get lost - not deleted, just unreferenced until nobody can find the
door. This adds the one line that ends that for this repo.

THE DESIGN: the file does not contain 81 WebAssembly kernels. It contains
the rule that emits them. On click it hand-assembles 81 wasm binaries byte
by byte - magic, type, function, memory, export and code sections - each
with different constants baked in and its own linear memory.
bytes of wasm stored in the file 0
bytes of wasm generated on click 4,779 (59 x 81)
The page is the trunk. The kernels are leaves. Ship the generator and the
address; the leaves grow on arrival. Nothing is compressed, because the
leaves were never the message. This is the operator's own gate from
shared_key_81.py: 'This ADDRESSES; it does not compress.'
