Jesse Daniel BrownMEASURED across all 207 repos on 2026-08-02: 25 pages open in one click and NOT ONE OF THEM POINTED AT ANOTHER. 137 repos were islands with nothing linking in and nothing linking out; 159 had nothing at all pointing at them. WORK DOES NOT SURVIVE BY BEING CORRECT. IT SURVIVES BY BEING REACHABLE. That is how things get lost - not deleted, just unreferenced until nobody can find the door. Written so somebody who has never seen any of this can understand it without touching the code, the colours, the hashes or the maths. Black and white by default because it has to be readable by anyone; a switch turns on the light. THE ONE IDEA. An alphabet is taught as a list of sounds, but every letter began as a PICTURE OF A THING, and the things were not random: bet is a house, dalet is a door, ayin is an eye.
