Ever quiet and motionless, seemingly paused in a single moment in time, the nebula shone brightly like amber and pierced outward into the cosmos. While not endless in size, its calls audible on every known frequency, howled into the hearts of those who heard it, reaching sectors away. Any ships that answered this call never found anyone there, no cause for the sounds or any purpose, only more questions to its origin"
