Integrate latest architecture breakthrough, harder tasks, and evaluation suite
- Integrate core modules: relation_patch, register_patch, slot_patch, morph_patch,
growth_patch, transformer_patch, provenance_aux, pack_recursive, and breakthrough_model.
- Add comprehensive experiment and evaluation scripts (experiments/ and experiments/harder/).
- Add evaluation protocols and dataset checks in configs/.
- Add latest technical reports and analysis in docs/ (Breakthrough architecture,
harder tasks, progressive training, capacity scaling, dataset v1).
- Expand unit test suite (364 passed).
- Update .gitignore to exclude models, data files, archives, and temporary artifacts.
