Add an Apple Core AI row to the Inference table
Verified signatureThanks for the release and for the runtime table in this card. This adds one row, in the table's own format, for a community conversion to Apple's Core AI `.aimodel` format for iOS 27 / macOS 27. It decodes at 116.7 tok/s (int8) and 139.2 tok/s (int4) on M4 Max, greedy-exact against the fp32 reference (16/16); the recipe is in the card. No iPhone number is claimed, since none was measured. If anything breaks, I'll fix it. Thanks again.e3ad924
