Add live2d/Host: the paper doll that stands in for Amika's helpers in OpenAmika
MekaHime's folded-paper shrine doll (Live2D, Cubism 5), 70 files: host.model3.json, host.moc3, host.physics3.json, host.cdi3.json, host.2048/texture_00.png, banks.json (role agent) and 64 motions. OpenAmika's scripts/setup_tts.py installs it into avatar/models/Host. Same license as the rest of this repository.
