This directory contains browser-oriented ONNX conversions of the official
ProteinMPNN checkpoint families used by
https://github.com/MurrellGroup/webProteinMPNN.
## Layout
Each model directory contains:
- `manifest.json`: dimensions, atom mode, filenames, SHA-256 integrity hashes,
upstream commit, and source checkpoint SHA-256.
- `encoder.onnx`: structure encoder with dynamic residue and neighbor axes.
- `decoder-step.onnx`: incremental autoregressive decoder.
- `decoder-full.onnx`: parallel decoder used for scoring and probabilities.
- `embedding.bin`: little-endian float32 sequence-token embedding table.
Available families and checkpoints are listed in `catalog.json`. ProteinMPNN
and solubleMPNN models consume N/CA/C/O backbone coordinates; CA models consume
CA-only coordinates. All bundles use the alphabet `ACDEFGHIKLMNPQRSTVWYX`.
The conversions were produced by `proteinmpnn-web/0.1.0` from upstream commit
`8907e6671bfbfc92303b5f79c4b5e6ce47cdef57`. They are designed for ONNX
Runtime Web 1.24.3 and can run with its WASM or WebGPU execution provider.
## Attribution
The original models are ProteinMPNN by Dauparas et al., not models trained by
MurrellLab. See `LICENSE.ProteinMPNN` and `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md` in this
directory, and the repository model card for intended use and limitations.
