Keep the original checkpoints, normalization statistics, architecture, assets, licenses, citations, and provenance. Make inference documentation and config paths portable; preserve the RoboCOIN inference action contract before removing the obsolete training view. Update only changed config checksums.
Use the verified separate-training checkpoint as the sole final RoboCOIN release. Rename it to rift_10ep/rift_step009340.pt, keep its exact configuration and normalization files, and update documentation and checksums. Remove both experimental variant directories.
Organize RoboCOIN and Galaxea checkpoints with matching configs and stats
Add both verified RoboCOIN RIFT variants from research-vla/RIFT-RoboCOIN. Group the three existing Galaxea checkpoints by dataset and include the matching saved training configurations, normalization files, and SHA-256 checksums. Add source provenance and download instructions while preserving existing download URLs.
